        The sacrament of Holy Communion is administered on the first Sunday of the month while the sacrament of Holy Baptism is administered on the third Sunday of the month. Third Sundays are also "young people's" Sunday. During each third Sunday, the youth of the church take a the lead role the service.  Bible Study and prayer fellowship is held each Wednesday at 7:30 pm.

Under the Superintendency of the Rev. Albert E. Moffett, synod approved the request to establish a congregation in the Frederiksted area; and with the participation of the founding member families of Josephs Nelsons, Wards, Hughes, Horsfords, Castors, Hamlets, James, Bazils, and Morris and other supporters, the first service held by the Frederiksted Methodists as a church, was held at the Community United Methodist Church on January 11, 1976. Fellowship and Services were held at several venues in Frederiksted. The homes of some members were also used for Sunday School; and a section of property owned by Sis Idalia Joseph on Queen Cross Street, was rented for worship services . Eventually, this pristine spot with its panoramic view of the ocean, was purchased .The purchase of plots 97A,97B, and 97E, was the result of the initiative of the late Rev. Accelyne Williams and the late Bro. Clarence Norman, Circuit Steward. Essay-“Bethel” by Clarence S. Norman. 1. After many years of negotiations with the VI Government, plot 97E, the parcel of land seaward of the road on the left side of the property was finally exchanged in 2008 for a narrow strip of land on the north, bordering the front of the chapel. The call to “Enlarge the place of your tent---and stretch out the curtains of your habitation---and expand to the right and to the left” Isaiah 52; 2 was answered—1 .Greetings from Rev. Neville D.
