1. The annual Rally of Classes for the Ebenezer congregation has been postponed

from Sunday, May 29, 2011 to Sunday, July 3, 2011. The rally will begin at

5:00 PM Classes are requested to make appropriate responses that feature the

Parables of Jesus.

2. Registration

The Community United Methodist School and Daycare in Williams Delight has begun registration for the 2011/2012 School Year. Registration is open for

children ages 3 months to 5 years. The School is open from 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM Monday – Friday. For further information telephone (340) 772-1923.

3. Missionary Meetings:

The Missionary Deputation is the Rev. Dennis Baptiste, Superintendent of the

Nevis Circuit.

4 . Rev. Otto Wade designated President of the Connexional

Conference.

The Connexional Council has named the Rev'd Otto O. Wade to

be President –Designate of the Connexional Conference. The

expectation is that at the 37 th Connexional Conference, to be held

in 2012, he will be appointed Connexional President. Rev'd.

Wade is currently the Conexional Secretary and has served as

Chairman of the Belize/Honduras District and as Secretary of the

Commission of Ministry. Rev'd. Dr. George Mulrain will demit

office next year having served the maximum term of 9 years as

President of the Connexional Conference.

In related news the Council has nominated Rev'd. Patmore

Henry and Muriel Smith (Leeward Islands District) to the Con-

nexional Conference to be the Connexional Secretary and Vice

President respectively. Brother Theodore Fahie was nominated

to continue as Treasurer of the Conference Funds.

5. Sympathy is extended to Rev. E. Dunstan Richardson and

members of his family on the death of his sister Audrey Melchoir.

She died in the USA.

A service of thanksgiving took place at the Ebenezer

Methodist Chapel in Anguilla at 3:00PM on Saturday, June 25,

2011.

6. Congregational Stewards are reminded of the Disaster Offering to

be taken on the 3 rd Sunday and the Dalby Laban Fund on 5 th

Sunday of each month.

7. Methodist Half Hour – 2 nd and 4 th Sunday 6:00 AM on 1620AM

and WAXJ 103.5 FM. Members of the Circuit are invited to

share in the Methodist Half Hour on 2 nd and 4 th Sunday of each

month by sponsoring one or more of these services as they

celebrate some important milestone in life, eg Birthday, Marriage

Anniversary or in memory of the deceased loved ones. The cost

will be $85.00 per service. Kindly pass on the information to the

Circuit Stewards or Pastor. Thanks for your cooperation in this

8. Members with relatives serving in the Armed Forces in the

Middle East are asked to give names to the Congregational

Stewards in your congregation or the Minister. Prayers are

solicited for members of the Armed Forces serving in the

Middle East.

Especially we pray for Andris Jacobs, Denridge Henry,

Devon Joseph, Elroy Brooks, Jamie Heyliger, Reuben Heyliger,

Randal Boston, Gissealla Hendrickson, Kareem Ferdinand and

Kadeem Simon.
